With the Bank of America Celebrity Cruises® Visa Signature® Credit Card rewards program, you receive two points for every dollar spent with Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean Cruises, as well as one point per dollar spent on all other purchases using the card. There’s a $0 annual fee and you’ll get a welcome offer of 10,000 in MyCruise® points (valued at $250 as an onboard credit).
Ideally, you’ll open this card when you’re ready to book a cruise with Celebrity or Royal Caribbean. That way, you can earn the welcome offer (worth $250 in onboard credit) and score the bonus earnings on your booking. Because there are no other bonus rewards offered, you may want to use another card that has a higher base rate for other purchase types.
Avid cruisers loyal to Celebrity and Royal Caribbean lines can use this card to earn MyCruise® points that they can put toward making their vacation even better. We like that it has no foreign transaction fee, so it’s good to take with you when you’re hopping islands or countries. However, if you’re not going on at least one or two sailings per year, you might be better served by a general rewards card that offers flexible redemption options and multiple bonus categories.

New cardholders earn 10,000 MyCruise® bonus points, worth $250 in onboard credit, after your first purchase within the first 90 days after opening the account.
You will earn two MyCruise® points per dollar spent with Celebrity Cruises or Royal Caribbean using the Bank of America Celebrity Cruises® Visa Signature® Credit Card. All other purchases earn one point per dollar.
It’s a good idea to use this card to pay for cruises with participating cruise lines, and in any spending categories that you’re not already getting higher bonus rates from other cards. Then, once you’re at sea, you can redeem your points to level up your vacation with room upgrades, onboard credits, dining in specialty restaurants, shore excursions, spa treatments and more.
